In many property projects; He worked as manager, developer, designer, contractor and consultant. Licensed by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate; He has worked in accredited positions such as establishing and operating a Building Inspection company, Project and Application Inspector and Risky Building Detection Authorized Civil Engineer. In addition, academically, he completed his Master's degree by his thesis titled "Strategic Analysis of the Green Building Sector with Pestel Approach".Also, he completed his PhD degree by his thesis titled "Fuzzy Model for Financial Performance Measurement of Real Estate Investment Trusts: Comparison of Investment Areas". He succeeded in publishing two SCI indexed Q1 and Q2 articles within the scope of these theses.
